app reminder

This is how the daily reminder will appear on the Peaceful Habits app. Rather than writing a reminder phrase that tried to nag the user into using the app, I thought it would be more helpful to write the reminder as a gentle distillation of the app's purpose.

In other words, given the opportunity to write a short statement that people would see every day as users of my app, what would I say? Which words would I want to pop up on their iPhones? Which sentence could people read every day and never tire of reading? What do you get when you boil the app down to a dozen words or less?
