As a connoisseur, collector and sometimes thief of those little stickers that are stuck to fruit, I was excited to find a kitchen full of watermelons at work on Thursday. (They were waiting to be eaten in a watermelon eating contest.) Talk about fruit sticker heaven!
Watermelon fruit stickers are the Cadillacs of fruit stickers. The bigger the fruit, the bigger the fruit sticker, and what's bigger than a watermelon? Fruitwise, not much. The watermelon stickers were so cute because they featured little cartoon watermelons dressed in cowboy hats and cowboy boots, wielding cartoon lassos, waving four-fingered hands. I stole five of them for my collection. I hope I don’t get caught.
